งานวิจัยฉบับนี้เกิดจากความพยายามส่วนตัวในการทำความเข้าใจความซับซ้อนทางจิตใจของตนเอง โดยมุ่งศึกษาว่าประสบการณ์ภายในและสภาวะทางอารมณ์ที่ไร้สำนึกสามารถถูกสำรวจและแสดงออกผ่านกระบวนการการแสดงได้อย่างไร ในโลกยุคใหม่ที่เต็มไปด้วยความเร่งรีบจนทำให้ผู้คนละเลยเสียงภายใน งานสร้างสรรค์นี้จึงพัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้บทเพลงร้องศิลป์ (Lieder) ของฟรานซ์ ชูเบิร์ต เป็นสื่อกลางในการถ่ายทอดและเปิดเผยโลกภายในของผู้แสดง งานวิจัยนี้อ้างอิงทฤษฎีของคาร์ล ยุง ว่าด้วยเรื่องจิตไร้สำนึก เงามืด และกระบวนการเยียวยาและรวมตัวตน (individuation) ร่วมกับปรัชญาการแสวงหาความหมายชีวิตของ โยฮันน์ โวล์ฟกัง ฟอน เกอเธ่ และวิเคราะห์ชีวิตและบทเพลงของชูเบิร์ตที่สะท้อนความลึกซึ้งของอารมณ์ภายใน เพื่อนำมาสังเคราะห์เป็นกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์เฉพาะตัว โดยถ่ายทอดผ่านเสียงร้อง การเคลื่อนไหวของร่างกาย สัญลักษณ์ในฝัน และการออกแบบเวทีที่มีความหมายทางจิตวิทยา แทนที่จะมองหาความหมายที่ตายตัว งานนี้เปิดพื้นที่ให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงภายใน และการยอมรับความไม่สมบูรณ์ เพื่อให้ผู้ชมและผู้แสดงได้กลับมาเชื่อมโยงกับเสียงของตัวเองภายใน และเปิดประสบการณ์ศิลปะที่เชื่อมโยงอย่างลึกซึ้งกับจิตวิญญาณของมนุษย์ |
| Abstract |
This research project originates from a personal attempt to understand the psychological complexity within the self. It investigates how inner experiences, and unconscious emotional states can be explored and expressed through performative practice. In a fast-paced modern society where emotional needs are often neglected, the researcher develops a creative performance using Lieder (art songs) by Franz Schubert as a medium to embody and communicate internal realities. The work draws on Carl Jung’s theory of the unconscious, the Shadow, and individuation; Johann Wolfgang von Goethe’s philosophy of self-search and meaning-making and the symbolic emotional depth in Schubert’s music. These theoretical frameworks are synthesized into a creative methodology. The selected songs are reinterpreted through vocal expression, body movement, dream imagery, and symbolic staging to explore fragmented identities and the integration of the self. Rather than seeking fixed meanings, this project embraces transformation, vulnerability, and raw emotional truth. The researcher aims to create a space for reflection for both performers and audience and hopes that this process invites a return to one’s inner world through artistic experience. |
