The Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music warmly invites guitarists and ensembles from Thailand and abroad to participate in this annual competition.<br><br>\u0e27\u0e31\u0e19\u0e17\u0e35\u0e48 27\u201328 March 2026 <br>at PGVIM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the 2026 edition, the total prize value has been increased to over 120,000 THB, reflecting the institute\u2019s commitment to supporting artistic development and enhancing the standards of ensemble performance in the classical guitar field at an international level. In addition, the competition rules and application fees have been adjusted to make participation more accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The competition features two main categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Guitar Ensemble Competition<br>&#8211; Junior Category (18 years old and under)<br>&#8211; Open Category (no age limit)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Chamber Music with Guitar Competition<br>&#8211; Open Category (no age limit)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PIGEC aims to provide a professional platform for ensembles to refine their collaborative skills, performance preparation, interpretative approach, and stage presentation.
